Disgusting Service!

Makro online is the most ************* service ever. I Ordered items on 27th November for delivery on 1st December and no delivery was made. I was then told to be at home and promised delivery on Saturday and no delivery was made until the following Monday.

I then submitted a return for an item, before the 14day period, I was on the phone for over 10 minutes at a time and I was told I will be contacted regarding the return, it’s been over a week and no one has contacted me, besides an “automated response”, from makro care stating the same things in their reply, as if they are not reading my emails.
