Disgusting service

Most terrible service!! My sister is here from overseas and purchased two washing lines that both arrived broken! I have pictures. When contacting Makro we get told it’s a third party product and they didn’t collect the products once we had had them delivered! We then took them back (which is far away from us) and we get told the procedure is very long due to the third party and no replacement as yet!!!! I will NEVER use Makro again nor will I promote Makro again!
