Disgusting Service by Makro *****s

Makro has definitely ****** from me. They collected the THREE items I logged a return for and now they telling me they are only going to refund me for one item. This to my understanding is theft - I am not sitting with the items but they not refunding my full amount. Should I lay a charge of theft?
