DISGUSTING SERVICE
Ordered a media box was not satisfied, asked them to collect item and refund me, it has been 2 weeks and still no assistance, phoning their call centre is of absolutely no use and nobody gets back to you. I find this quite disgusting seeing as they took my money very quickly when ordered. MAK***

I don't understand why it is so difficult for them just to do a follow up and or update. I want my money back, you have your product. Best of all you loaded return as faulty when I clearly stated that item is not faulty it just isnt what I expected and therefore I want a refund.

04 Oct 2023, 12:28STILL AWAITING REFUND, PROMISES AND NOTHING GETS DONE. I HAVE TO PHONE AND EMAIL THEM THE WHOLE TIME TO GET MY MONEY. THEY PHONED ME ON MONDAY ADVISING REFUND WOULD BE PROCESSED ON TUESDAY IT IS NOT WEDNESDAY. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM MAKRO ONLINE SEEING AS REFUND PROCESS IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTING. I WANT MY ****** MONEY MAKRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
