Disgusting service

Placed an order for the baby soft tissues, got my delivery on the 22nd of August, i then called the customer service on the 23rd advised them that i ordered 5 and only 3 was delivered, i spoke to Talent, ever since then I'm calling everyday spoke to Nadia, Nosie, Thembi and Richard , all i get told is that they will call Makro Woodmead to confirm when I will receive the balance but no one calls back, i have to continuously follow up this is costing me money to call every day, and as now become a frustrating exercise ***
