Disgusting service
<p>Horrible disgusting servicem 3rd time I have gone there and the show us away without what we want to buy. Bought online deals for black friday went to collect and told me my order was not ready ask them nicely to pick it and theu claim the store is closed yet the parking lot is PACKED with people still shopping. HATE this store and I use to love going there but in 2 weeks to be shown away 3 times is enough to make ANYONE ANGRY!!!!</p>
We always enjoy getting feedback from customers regarding issues and concerns they have with regards to Makro business , it keeps us on our toes.
We understand how you feel but like any other business, Makro has its own policies, rules and regulations, Makro online order takes 2 to 5 working day to be delivered or collected.
This process allows the store to pick and pack the stock.
