Disgusting service

I have been calling Makro since Friday when i recieved the incorrect product and requested a manage to call me to date no response. I called 4 times today and still no feedback. I have sent all the pics requested and I sent screen shots showing i am unable to log the refund request. I am very upset with the item I received as it is not what I ordered I ordered a Lenova product and I was sent a Neo forza product which I have never heard of If the product I ordered was not in stock why was I not advised Your supplier Mustek Ltd needs to be dealt with

I need makro to come an pick up this item immediately as it is incorrect And this is a cheaper item that I will not use

Please get your manager to call me urgently
