Disgusting Service!

Disgusting service for two orders! 1. Placed order for collection, *********** and lazy lady then emails to say they do not have stock and she must process a refund for one item, will not even take the initiative to get the stock from another branch, and i am left to order the ne item again for delivery. what type of website do they have that they have no stock, but system shows they have?

2. placed the order online, with expected delivery on Sunday. Received a message that they will deliver at 09.50/. At 13.30 called the driver to find out his progress, he informed he is busy in edenvale will get to me. At 15.30 i get a message he could not deliver - wasted my entire day, tried calling, eventualy thly he answers and first his says his tired, then he has to go visit someone in hospital...
