Disgusting Service

Bought and paid for a washing machine from Makro MAK***. The machine arrived here completely dented and un-usable. Have been fighting for 3 weeks to get them to exchange it Ref ***. Phone them EVERY day because they apparently send mails that never arrive at either of the 2 email addresses I have given them. Finally asked for a refund rather because NOTHING is happening with the swap. Now no one knows what is going on ever with the refund. I've phoned every day and get told every day the call has been escalated and someone will contact me. 3 Weeks later, still no washing machine, still no refund and STILL no resolve. I have to give a star here, but honestly would like to give NO star. DISGUSTED!!!
