Disgusting service

I ordered a laptop online hoping that they will deliver in 2 to 5 days as they promised when I placed the order. I called on Tuesday to follow up and I was promised that it would be delivered on Wednesday. I then took a day off to wait for the package which did not arrive. I called again yesterday in the afternoon and I was informed that my matter was escalated and I should receive my package today. It's almost end of business and now I'm being told that my escalation has not been attended to. I'm so disgusted that makro would choose to prioritise some customers and the rest of us are treated as low class.
