Disgusting service!

1. They never answer their phones. 2. They do not respond to emails. 3. Website said there was stock of my item, I called head office just to double check stock, was told there was stock at Riversands, while on the phone with head office I immediately made an online purchase and instant EFT. Took me hours to finally get hold of somebody at head office (Riversands don't answer) only to now be told there is no stoc****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have scheduled a guy with a bakkie and paid him to collect this afternoon at 2pm. Of course they are useless and cannot get this rectified. While typing this I have been on hold for 40 minutes waiting to speak to a manager.
