Disgusting service
I'm so dissapointed in Makro online's service my order came incomplete and the other part was a wrong item was also sent, I sent so many e-mails and made so many calls still no assistance

28 Dec 2024, 09:31I'm still waiting for the rest of my order, nobody has come back to me with a progress report as to how this will be resolved, with regards to the incorrect item sent, I decided to keep it as it serves the intended purpose and I was told it's from a third party and I was given a whole complicated story, at this point I just want what I paid for or get a full refund please.
