Disgusting service

Makro online is a ****. They deal with people on Marketplace who send us incorrect or missing items. It's a nightmare dealing with such incompetence for such big store. First order, I received with broken parts, I m still waiting for my refund to be processed. Second order, missing parts. They are dealing with ****mers and refuse to take accountability for any part in it. They are obviously getting paid for services rendered from these marketplace ****mers but cannot help you when you need the help. I will Never ever buy online from Makro ever again. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated.
