Disgusting service
I got a washing machine for a gift and it isn't working properly. I placed a call out on the 29th July. They said within 5 working days someone would come and have it seen too. Today is the 13th August and still nobody.
You call the call center and everyone lies there. One says the manager is in a meeting, the other says he can't find them and all 3 times the callers put down the phone on me.
