Disgusting service.

I have ordered a set of kitchen knives and a set of pots & pans from Makro and the knives have arrived but not the pans. When they sent the knives they said it was part order but that is the last I have heard. I have emailed them on numerous occasions asking when the pots & pans will be sent but nobody replies I have phoned there customer service line but nobody answers. Its disgusting that such a large company behaves in this manner.
