Disgusting service
Disgusting service. Your company has the audacity to charge R90 for delivery and then promise delivery in 7 working days. Guess what, I am now waiting 10 days and counting. I should never have ordered by you guys, I should have stuck to takealot. There I order on a Saturday evening and receive my goods on Monday afternoon with free delivery. And no, I do not live in a main centre. You are supposedly one of the biggest retailers in the country, but you have the poorest delivery service. Go check out takealot, you might learn something. You do not even take the trouble to answer my emails. Take my money and run?
