Disgusting Service

I received my order this morning, after being messed around for weeks and not getting a response for any kind of contact and you've delivered the wrong item.

I'm so disgusted by the poor customer service I've received. Your agents have no idea what's going on and that's if I manage to get in contact with you because I never get my messages or calls answered.

I placed my order on 4 December, didn't receive it on time, contacted you to change the delivery address and then you tell me you have to cancel the order and refund me when in fact, you didn't. I've tried to contact you for the past week to change my address and I've gotten no response, only to have to contact the courier directly to fix something that was your fault.

And then you have the audacity, after all of that, to actually give me the wrong product?
