Disgusting service

On monday 23/01/2017 I went to Makro in Otter after work to do some grocery shopping, we got there with my sisters and did shopping and while we were still shopping we saw that is was knock off time as staff were leaving the floor, while we were still looking for some of the goods we came for some of the staff were telling us to hurry as they wanted to go home which i found appaling as i also come from a customer service environment and we dont treat clients like that whether its knock of time or not you have to make sure the client leaves happy, things got worse we went to the till to pay and one of the items(pack of tomatoes) did not have a barcode by that time all the staff had left the floor and it was 18:00 so the cashier asked us to go and get the barcode ourselves as there is no one to help us on the floor, I then went to the fruit and veg section to find the barcode and as I was walking to that section a female xhosa staff member who was walking up the stairs to the back office I assume shouted " where is this woman wearing a nedbank uniform going doesnt she see that we are closed stop her she is wasting our time" all of this was said in xhosa, I found that very disturbing and disrespectful because she was shouting at the top of her voice and others laughed, is that the way you train you staff to behave infront of clients? In continuation when I got to the fruit and veg section it was closed off and I could not find the barcode, I had to leave the tomatoes behind of which I also lost out on the 3 for R30 special. Their service was disgusting to say the least you need to train your staff on customer service because clearly they have no idea about how to treat a client you need to do something about your staff because if this continues you are going to lose clients like me my family, friends and acquintances. I am not happy at all.
