Disgusting rotten meat

Hi, yesterday I bought pork chops, bulk pack, from Makro Riversands. This was the 22 September 2023.

Today I wanted to marinade the meat, and to my surprise , the meat is black and rotten in smell, and disgusting . I do want to report this to the health council as this is disgusting , and if cooked my family and I would have gotten seriously ill. I am disgusted , I still have the meat and took pictures.

I need senior management to contact me.
