Disgusting online shopping experience!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service from Makro on my last order. Firstly, I couldn't even order everything I wanted to because I kept getting an error message that my cart had exceeded the weight limit. Nonsense! Then what happens when people order fridges?! Anyways, it's been more than 2 weeks now and my order is still on 'confirmed' on the website. NOTHING HAS MOVED FOR TWO WEEKS! I've called the call center twice now and they keep saying they'll get back to me and they haven't. I WANT MY ORDER MAKRO! NOW!!
