Disgusting service online Makro. Bought something online at Makro Online. I stay in Cape Town,stock was delivered to a branch in Gauteng. This was 27 August 2025. On 28 August i cncelled this as I am clearly not driving to Gauteng to collect. 15 phonecalls, six hours, false promises, zero action and apathetic staff on the call centre. We have escalated this to management, its quote frankly disgusting, *****ing, with no end in site.
