Disgusting Makro service

Makro online deducted money from my payflex over a month ago. They they wrote the wrong delivery address which I then cancelled. I have been writing and calling trying to get my refund no luck. They are giving me AI response and I spoke to a lady by the name of Gontse who was very rude and said to me they are busy with meetings and can’t attend to me. On their Facebook page I was told there is nothing that they can do with my refund.
