Disgusting & Distasteful customer service ever!!!!!

I ordered something online on the 27th February, i got a message the courier collected the order on the 28th February, i waited for 5 days as per the waiting period they give you which is 3-5 days, until today 11 March i still have not received my order, its been 9 days thus far that i am waiting, i call them on the 5th March they advised they cant check as it sits with marketplace, they logged a call with marketplace, this people never advised when i will be receiving my order, all they send you is an annoying email stating that "the call has been logged with marketplace, if you have any further questions, you may reply to the email", of course i rep**** to the email asking them how long till i receive my order, guess what i got in return "the call has been logged with marketplace, if you have any further questions, you may reply to the email", such a dam joke, then i call them again on the 11th March to get an update, i spoke to some consultant that had all the attitude in the world, this is was the most disgusting, distasteful service, i have ever received, never again will i order something online for delivery, i will rather go collect by a store to save myself this pain!
