DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONLINE ORDERS

Disgusting customer service from Makro online services, Makro staff do not do their job, I emailed Makro about changing the address of order and they still delivered to the wrong address and refuse to sort out their mess…their staff was informed well in advance before the courier company collected order that order must be changed and still did not do as told. I have proof of all communication and the staff members who didn’t do their jobs…the food is meant to go to a family who is grieving and preparing for a funeral and the Makro staff still could not care less, such disgusting customer service
