Disgusting customer service
Product purchased online, never delivered, terrible customer service, item not collected from third party, requested refund, phoned call centre numerous time, customer service agents dont communicate and put requests on the system. Make you hold for over 20 mins. Disgusting service!!!! Will never but from their store

That response is absolute ******* I called again and still no cancelation or refund. I cannot believe how you treat your customers. Go back and listen to recordings. I will have no other option but to take this further if no refund is forthcoming (again go and listen to recordings)
