Disgusting customer service

Such poor customer service for online orders. Placed an order only to find item in nos ins stock and they haven’t processed my refund told to expect payment on the 25of March when order was cancelled by them on th 5th of March. Such an inconvenience.

Placed another order an was promised delivery on the 14th of March still no order received no communication whatsoever your online service is horrible, very poor, will never buy online again.
