Disgusting customer service at Makro online

I'm beyond frustrated and disgusted with my recent experience with Makro online. I purchased a headboard on June 13th, and the estimated delivery date was June 25. It's now June 30th, and I still haven't received my order. The lack of communication and updates from Makro is appalling.
