Disgusting Customer Service

So I bought a an item from Makro online as it was on promotion, they delivered the INCORRECT item, I called them and logged this return and until today, I have to keep calling to find out if theres any progress, when my correct item will be delivered and the incorrect one collected. The fact that I keep being told somebody will call me, for almost 2 weeks now. I will never, ever order from Makro again! nor recommend them to anybody. The service is absolutely appalling!!!! ive always thought highly of Makro, no more!!! but I guess me not spending my money there anymore wont make much of a difference...clearly!!
