DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have tried to call makro woodmead 4 times today (not to mention the numerous other times on differnt days) and each time have waited 30 minutes AND NO ONE PICKS UP!!! Then I dial their call Centre number ***and the recorder voice waffles on about their whatsapp BOT and then the line just goes dead. I am FURIOUS as I am trying to sort the washing machine I bought almost a month ago which needs to be replaced. I will not buy from Makro again!!!
