Disgusting customer service.

I purchased a new Ryobi line cutter form Makro Centurion. After a big struggle to operate the machine, I gave up on the machine as it seems like it did not work properly from the beginning.

I took it back to Makro within the so called "14day money back" period. They took in the machine for so called "repairs". As I expected a working machine when I buy it, I expected to be refunded or replaced. But no, it has to be repaired...

Anyways, I received an sms a few days later that I can come and collect the machine. When I drove there, they just said no it is not there and I must pay an amount to get it fixed. Firstly, the amount to fix it, is more than a new machine and secondly, why must I pay to get a new machine fixed??????

This is utterly disgusting customer service and I won't recommend buying from Makro at all.
