disgusting customer care

I am disgusted in makros service. I ordered something from them online that came defected and they refused to replace it only issue a refund. which is fine but I'm very disappointed in them. Their customer service is very poor. they are going to lose alot of money if they just keep on issueing refunds and not replacing items. thats the last time I order anything from them! last time!
