Disgusting behaviour and service from Makro Crown mines 😡

Makro Crown mines has the worst service , at this point I’m disgusted and frustrated by their service , I bought a washing machine online it was delivered however it wasn’t working , logged a return with them and they said they will send a technician to check it’s a month now and I’m sitting with a machine that’s not working , not to speak of their *********** customer service agents , I spoke to a few of them and their services is appalling , Katlego one of their lady agent even hanged up after asking me to hold , I then spoke to Nontobeko very condescending manner when speaking and couldn’t help me with anything I was asking and very rude , the worst service and very frustrating , at this point if they can’t come fix their mess they might as well bring back my money this is really frustrating
