Disgusting after sales service

I bought washing machine from makro centurion last year. Forst of all it already has drum issue what poor quality. As if that's not enough I have to wait 2 weeks for technician to attend to my call. I receive no call back on feedback or any communication. What disgusting customer service. I will never buy appliances for you again, it's okay to take money out no attention to after sales
