Disgusting *******

Disgusting is an understatement. I placed an order online on the 17th of December 2023, paid using instantEFT, R1300, when i checked the order for updates, it showed 'awaiting payment', called Makro numerous times, was asked to send proof of payment, which i did...3 calls, 3 emails, Facebook contact, no feedback, no resolution. All i see is the order will be canceled 31 December, which is what they are waiting for, so they don't have to refund my money. They took my money and never delivered. Never bothered to even try investigate. I am not buying from Makro again. Disgusting.
