Disgusted in product and service

On the 10th March I went to makro flower market in Nelspruit To order my weddings flowers I talked to Fatima and ordered my flowers and sent her pictures i took at that stage in shop , to confirm order. She told me to collect order on the 1st April 2021,all will be ready and fresh to collect after 10:00 Please see attached screenshots I spoke to her on 27th again to confirm On the 1st April I called her. She confirmed my order was ready for collection As i have sent someone to collect and i was busy with wedding arrangements They arrived to tell me that the flower shop lady is not there and nobody knows about my flowers I called Fatima, she said it is there From ar to post. Calling her and my son to collect and nobody could sort out my order The flowers then given was old and welted. He called me and sent me a video. Utterly disgusted.. not the flowers I ordered and told him he could get it for cheaper, its all they ha e to give. When the flowers arrived i took photos again and there was not wven enough flowers. As i have order and not what i ordered I live in a farm town, where will I now get other flower. Fatima does not answer her calls or WhatsApps I had to get married with flowers I had to buy from spar
