Disgusted in product and Makro

No Stars Bought a vacuum cleaner Bennett product. Put it on and does a small section and turns off. Wanted money back as I bought it from Makro and they have a 14 day policy does not matter if the product is terrible Disgusting service that’s the last time I will but from Makro and will spread the word customer service is terrible Not to mention while in the line people behind me were returning a product and another lady was picking up her vacuum same as mine same problem would not give money back so she opted for repair. I still have heard nothing no money back or anything disgusted
