Disgusted in Makro

I am disgusted in Makro! I logged a return for Pistachio paste that I bought from them that was only meant to expire in December. I opened it and it was already curdled and sour.

I logged the return and selected a return date! They didn't collect it and I called them the next day. They just said that they would get back to me. I'm still waiting.

If it gets any worse, they'll say the product is my fault!!

Why ask when they can pick it up when they won't.
