Disgusted, I HAVE TOO KEEP CALLING WITHOUT FEEDBACK!!!

It is almost a month now after I purchased a faulty machine, I were told no stock are available anymore by the guy from Vaal Makro who is trying to assist me. So I want my refund. Arrange that the machine be picked up and that I am refunded. I need to buy another machine, ONE MONTH OF DIRTY CLOTHING and I have a small baby who' clothes and bedding needs to be washed, this is taking way too long. I want feedback please, on the website it still shows my delivery is ready to ship, it does not even show delivered, so I cannot log a return. And I keep telling the people this that calls me. This is unacceptable, I will NEVER buy online from Makro again. I want my money back, I am already paying a premium on an Item that is not usable, who is going to pay my premium back as well??? Are Makro going to???
