Disgusted. Horrific ‘service’.
Horrific ‘service’. I placed an order online 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered despite their website saying delivery time is 1-5 days. I received one response last week to my many email queries stating that they would escalate the matter. I haven’t heard from them since. I can’t even cancel my order and get a refund. Terrible terrible ‘service’. Will never ever use them again. My order number, if anybody at Makro cares enough to respond on this platform, is MAK***. Disgusted - particularly as the items fall under essential service items.

It’s almost been one month since my order has been placed and Makro has taken my money but I still have not received my order.
I would very much like to cancel my order but reading reviews on Hellopeter makes me think twice as getting refunds from you is an apparent nightmare. That’s besides the fact that the website doesn’t even allow me to cancel.
Makro has truly ****** its customers during a time when transparency and a degree of efficiency is of paramount importance. I own a retail store myself and it’s disgusting to know that Makro still doesn’t have its act together.
Your empty promises and standard copy and paste emails are useless.
I want my goods that have been paid for.
