disgusted at makro call centre

Makro SA call centre stuff are so unprofessional, and they know absolutely nothing. You use your airtime for alot of Mmhs and ahhs because they cannot answer a single thing you have asked. how a call centre agents answers they phone by saying "Hi" baffles me and they say bye even before you are done with your query.
