I purchased 24 cool drinks you driver took all 24 spar letta the lady in the return department called me told me she received all 24 but use only refunded me for 16 so I got a statement also not confirming the full refund

I'm gonna take to the consumer goods an services ombudsman coz I had enough I encurred charges on my payflex due to no refund in due time as the lady promised me I called 6-7 times with my funds I emailed back and fourth had to log a hello Peter complaint spoke to a manager Yvonne loggenberg that promised it will be refunded I have explained everything 10.times to date the lady that confirmed the return initially it was an African women in the returns department whom called me to confirm all is in order as I mentioned use are sending me a refund bill with only 16 cool drinks an I returned 24 I feel at this point use need to compensate me for all the inconvenience as this was really stressful
