Disgusted!

Makro Springfield returns department is the most pathetic department! The people working in that department are all dam stupid! I happened to have bought an item at the TOTI branch. When we got home my daughter tried it on and it didn’t fit her. Anyway the next day we were going to Springfield so we decided to return it at that makro for a bigger size. When we got there the item was inspected and it was fine. The lady Sthembile Zungu told us that she’s not sure if they will return it because the packaging was damaged! Anyway we waited for the manager Siyanela Mbokazi to come assist. After sometime he arrived and told us that we cannot return the item because the packaging is damaged! So upon explaining to the manager why the packaging was damaged he still didn’t assist us and it turned out into a whole big argument at the store. I honestly hate how we were treated. The manager was not professional at all! The packaging was damaged because it’s how it was sealed. The only way we could get to the bottom items was to tear the packet opened. So whoever sealed that item sealed it wrong and we had to pay for it! Anyway 1 day later we went back to the TOTI branch and they helped us with no fuss at all! They exchanged the item for a bigger size. I don’t see why Springfield branch couldn’t do they dam job! I hope those 2 staff members get a warning or something because you don’t ****en treat people/ customers like that!
