The lies never end I was informed they have a backlog in the refund department which is certainly not my problem, Nontobeko **** as always to advise I will receive a call from her by cob 13th June, it's now the 19th... at this point I do not want anyone to call and lie to me I just want my money or I'm taking this further I have been way too patient with this team
