Disgusted

Bought a camp master cooler on the 20th and the srews are loose and one missing and they refuse to exchange Guess what they say it must go for repairs and the is a TAT for 21 days I bought for camping for the 31st and now defeats the purpose. Worst service I experienced this festive season
