DISGUSTED

The customer service I have received from Makro is disgusting to say the least.

You can't get a hold of anybody not even on their cellphones. When you do get a hold of someone after numerous attempts, they make promises to call you back and never do so. I spoke to manager who was not helpful at all.

and once again my order has been processed incorrectly and I cannot get a hold of anybody so that their mistake can be rectified.
