disgusted

im disgusted for the fact that ive payed and stuck to the agreement bt ive called more than 100 times to the contact centre of makro in the last 33 days and im stil waiting on my order ,,i got a email and a sms yesterday stating that my order has been delivered ,,yet i stil have not received my order ,,i dont knw what type of *****ulent activity is happening in makro and the courier that was used but i want my order and ill never order again from makro online because thus is torturing ,, no 1 is following up with me with regards to my order,,im always calling the contact centre daily for feedback and stil i get told to hold on for feedback but nothing ,,called again today and the courier isnt answering ,,its either they answer and say they gonna follow up and come back to me or they jus not answering at all ,,,
