Disgruntled Customer

I bought a cell phones at Makro Crown Mines branch on the 25th July 2018 for my mom. First of i had to suggest that the cell phone box be opened because clearly it seems they don't RICA nor activate phones when you them. Next thing when i got home to give the phone to my mom, she didn't like the phone because it was not user-friendly for her. Having read the return policy of Makro, i decided to return the phone on the 26th July 2018 and they didn't take it. Yet according to their policies; if as a customer you are not happy with a product, it can be returned within 14 days. Even their manager was very reluctant to take back the phone. If the company doesn't adhere to their policies then to whom do those policies apply to.

I want my money back and i will never use Makro ever again.
