Disgracful service and *********.Lying to Customers

Disgraceful service from Makro Springfield park.Makro advertising items on special and when i went to purchase it they where out of stock. They took my details down and said the will contact me.Well they did contact me but said that they cant get stock and they cant do anything about it and if they do get stock it wont be at the same price. I requested for the store manager to contact me but never did. A few days after the special was over Makro now has stock. Where did the stock come from or is Makro hiding their stock not to sell at the promo price. Really disgraceful. I expect this to get sorted out.
