Disgraceful service Makro RSA

I am disgusted at the service I have received from Makro South Africa, I purchased mirrors from the online store on the 3rd of December 2024, with the expectations that my deliver would arrive on the 11th December latest. I then proceeded to make contact with their call center, where I was advised by agent that my issue would be escalated. I then enquired how I would know that my matter was indeed escalated and he then advised that I would receive communication via email or sms. Which I did not receive and now 15 days later, still without my order or any communication from Makro on what is happening or when my order would arrive. To say the least I am livid
