Disgraced with Makro staff

I am utterly disappointed in the horrible service received at Makro Cape Gate today. After shopping at your store for so many years, i was disgraced with how your staff handled the situation. Okay said i have been buying a certain brand of red wine at this particular store for months now. In the isle the rsp is displayed at R179 (the wine has been positioned under this price for months now.) At the till i noticed the price tang yo at R225 and i queried this. Four different staff members went to check the price and after almost 15 minutes returned looking all confused. Three of them confirmed the price was wrong due to incorrect packing. One of them named Sam a cashier then instructed my cashier to ring it up at the price advertised in the isle. Suddenly a bosssy lady by the name of Noluyanda presented herself as the assistant front end manager, bluntly refused for me to get it at the price advertised. Her reason was that the advertised price was for a different wind, and the name of the wine showed under the price.....well...the name was in such a small print, one really need to zoom in to see what it says. I told her that was faulse adverti*****t as the item that i purchased was packed under the wrong price and the actual item for that price was nowhere to be found on that shelf. She had a huge attitude especially after i told her I've been buying the same product for months now thinking i was paying one price whereby i was not... Noluyanda was so full of it and just kept on saying there is nothing she can do about it. Mind you at this point i was standing at the till for over half an hour. I informed her i will log tho on hello peter and she said i can do what i want but should not use her title on social media. She even followed me outside the store to ask me once again noynto use her title. I am so disappointed as she she was more worried about her title than keeping a loyal customer. Makro Cape Gate, pleased know that you will no longer be my first choice, you will be my last option.
